Re: what have they done to my boy?!
Hopefully the previous mods/addons can be ported. Does gt24 have a backup of the previous phpBB 2.0.23 site somewhere? I've never been big on mods per say. It kind of made the whole upgrading thing a mess. I do have backups here and there of the old forums... but don't think they are too useful any...

Forum Changes
Greetings all, The forums have recently had some severe problems. Basically, the old forums could function no more and I was forced to upgrade to what you are seeing here. That being said, there is still some modifications I am making to allow the forums to suit us better. Some things won't be retur...

This Halo port is pretty good and is certainly worth your time (especially being how cheap it is). The game is Halo meaning that how vehicles behave, how AI behaves, and all of that is ...

Note that if your computer was an upgrade to Windows 10 then your hardware may not necessarily be compatible. I have an Acer laptop (work computer) that cannot use the built in NIC because it occasionally doesn't believe the internet is there. Buying a USB NIC and using that instead fixed that up bu...

Worst case scenario is to focus on your use case. You want to use the computer as a server... and you want to use Windows XP for that? It may be better to explore using Linux as a server (depending on what you want to do). It may be a good excuse for learning how Linux works as well. Additionally, L...

Well, I don't really play video games much anymore. Too much time spent at work and figuring out bills. You know, that sort of thing :P But it'd be fun if I could! Windows Defender now (in Windows 10 Anniversary Edition) can run alongside your current antivirus solution and it is recommended to allow that. As such, Windows Defender is the minimum bar that a virus must defeat (because all newer Windows computers will run that). Unfortunately, since it is a mini...

The PSU power rating is something printed on the PSU itself, you cannot easily determine that from within your operating system. However you are already running a video card so you have something decent enough in there. I would still remove the side and get a watt rating from your PSU before purchas...

If your hard drive is active (pre-SSD stuff) and is being read all the time then your computer will freeze until that reading is complete. When the hard drive is doing stuff, the light is illuminated. Example image, the top is when the hard drive is being accessed. Your light should be denoted by a ...
