Well it didn't take long for this too happen, but someone has decided they can't live without xfire so a petition is put up here:

I signed it, although I think a 1000 strong petition is not enough to make a difference. At least it's a start.

"Steam" says it all really, why would Steam care about a game as old as Halo ??

This is Xfire were signing for not Steam

It would be awesome if Steam did support Halo more though, with server browser and maybe achievements n' stuff. But yeah that's never gonna happen unless 343i decide to rerelease Halo for Steam.
