Recently I decided to buy an ARK SE server to pay the game without all the lag, and horrible admin/host interactions.

How's this server stability wise? Any interesting rules?

There's no set in stone rules. It's pve so most things are already covered with that. Just don't grief and that's basically it. As for stability, just the usual few seconds of lag when a backup is taken. Only time it's crashed is when Foote was doing bad things lol. Although keeping up with patching is a bit of a pain so sometimes it gets delayed (I tend to forget) but if you need or want it updated you can add me on steam and yell at me to do it.

Also yes its in Chicago...idk where you got Turkey from Thomas lol. The ping shouldn't be too bad though, I get a 92 ping on EU servers.

Do be warned though, if you don't do well loading big structures then you might want to stay away from the 55 (Lat), 28 (Lon) area.

Turkeys flag is all red with a white crescent moon and star on the left side.

The flag on the server banner is Singapore, pretty similar but a bit different.

Most likely the IP has not had it's location updated on their systems or something.
