After discussions between United Federation, Aim 2 Kill, and Combat Corps, we have came to an agreement and are now entering Neutral standing with Aim 2 Kill along with United Federation.

This is an improvement in relations and makes other future improvements in relations possible in the future.
Hopefully this is a sign of better relations to come.
