Server changes, 1 gone and 1 moved

The following server changes are now live.

The Minecraft server at 69.65.41.132:28065 (Vanilla) has been discontinued and is no longer a [CC] server.

The Halo server at 68.232.171.54:2302 has been moved. The server at that IP address is no longer a [CC] server.

The Halo server is now located in New York in the United States and is at the following IP address.
