Cod4 Demo's / Cheater

When I type in the console /record and after awhile /stoprecord, It saves a video in my demo's.

Does anyone know a site where you can upload your cod4 demos, and how to upload it ?

I recorded a rule breaker on our CC Broadcast server, now I want to use the demo / Video in a report.
