Problem with connection (CoD4)

Some players complained me about problems with connection (for example Uncle Ben - well known player on the s&d server) and my friend Alex. They say PB kicks them immediately after connecting, both of them have original keys.

Need to be more specific, there will be a reason given to them by Punkbuster whether during the kick or in a log file.

Short GUIDs would help me verify that they are not banned on the server. As it is now, I am not finding them at the moment.

I'll look later and see if I can identify who they are.

they might not have pb installed or their files are outdated.. i don't think it has anything to do with the game key or else it would say something like "this key is already in use"

Thread is kinda old now.

I wasn't able to track them down. However, if I had a short GUID then I would know who they are . Also, Punkbuster will tell you why you can't connect and we can troubleshoot with that.
