Problem with CS:GO

Hey guys, I've been having problems launching CS:GO ever since I downloaded Xfire and I have already tried verifying the game files and re-installing, but that doesn't help. Anyone know of any way to help fix it?

Are you trying to start the game from xfire?

That used to cause me to crash all the time. As long as xfire is running it will record your in-game hours, but if you start CSGO from xfire you are very likely to crash.

start it from steam. if xfire is running in the background on your computer, it will still recognize your game and you can use the xfire menu or whatever the same way while ingame
