This is my problemo. Jeroen.v.2 is having kinda the same problem.

Manually update PB. Since PBSetup no longer works you have to download the specific files and move them around in your CoD4 folder :)

jeroen mentioned here that he could join other PB servers, maybe something on the server needs a restart (B3...?).
