I left my computer idle and came back to find a blue screen of death.
I downloaded the bluescreenview from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html to see what caused it and what time it happened
here is a screen shot. Will appreciate any help or advice. I'm really not that great with technical parts about PC's

BSOD already on my new computer
Post here if you need help with your PC or this site.
Let us know what troubleshooting steps you attempt so that we know what you have done.
Memtest just to be sure (it takes less than an hour) and make sure your memory isn't insane.
Install all drivers that come for your system (motherboard and chipset drivers are not optional). If that was already done, see if there are any updates floating around.
Check to make sure that your processor is not overheating (I know, unlikely).
Check for bios updates and what those updates fix. If the updates prevent BSODs then it is something you might want to pursue. (Note that BIOS updating an unstable system is NOT recommended so I wouldn't look into something like this at first. Make sure you don't have some other problem lurking.)

Memtest is a bootable application. Burn it to the medium of your choice (CD?) and boot from it. It simply starts up, tests memory, and lets you hit a key to exit. You can remove the bootable medium when the application is loaded.
Make sure to complete 1 pass. If you see red at the bottom of your screen then your memory is bad. If you never see that then you are fine.

If what I said makes no sense to you (or if that website makes no sense to you) then let us know. That being said, I don't think you can do anything harmful with the Memtest software.
