So i have some funds for gaming but wondering whether I should wait until winter sale to see if games I'm interested in get super reduced.

Global Offensive is like $12 on the site above, but thats only really saving you $3 compared to steam price.
There probably will be sales around black friday/cyber monday and steam winter sales, which will most likely include these games.
I got all the cs games for like $5 a year or so ago.
G2A is trustworthy imo. A lot of streamers support it, and can find 3% discount codes on some steamers pages, but you'd only be saving a few cents especially when buying L4D2 for $6
